- Description
- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price/Cost type Contract in accordance with FAR 15 to BRZ, Inc., a Veteran Owned Small Business located at 385 North Jeff Davis Ste E, Fayetteville, GA 30214-1670. This procurement will be conducted under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) as cited in Far 6.302-1 due to data and patents owned by the company. This contract will be for one base year and four option years. Delivery location is Commander Naval Air Forces (CNAF), San Diego, CA. This contract will be for Pulse+ © software licenses. In addition, the contractor will be providing support as OEM to initiate software programming and testing of the Pulse+ © software, which will serve to aid in maintaining self reported human error within CNAF. Any contractor challenging this sole source procurement shall email the contract specialist at nick.giacalone@navy.mil and site N00244-11-R-0050. In addition, the challenging contractor shall provide proof that it has legal access to the source code(s), has the capability of manipulating the code of the Pulse+ © software and maintains the proper third party to perform comprehensive software maintenance and can transfer rights to the department of the Navy. A simple statement that the contractor maintains the proper license may not receive a response and will not be considered. All inquires are required to be accompanied by the proper documentation specified under DFAR 252.227-7017. The applicable NAICS: 541511, business size is $25,000,000. This procurement is issued as unrestricted. No telephone requests. All requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, cage code, Tax ID number, Business size, county and DUNS number. Any inquires that do not contain the specifications above may not receive a response. Note 22 and 26 are applicable.
