- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting for a firm fixed price contract for Geographical Information Systems (GIS) services in support of Naval Facility Northwest (NAVFAC) Bangor, WA. The acquisition is for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside and FOB Destination to Bremerton WA. 98314. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 27, 2011 with a closing date of August 11, 2011 with expected award date of September 16, 2011. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price IDIQ service type contract using Best Value evaluation determination. Prospective offeror ™s not on CCR-registry should immediately begin the registration process. The solicitation will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil under Business Opportunities with solicitation number N00406-11-T-0898. The Government will NOT distribute hard-copy solicitations or amendments. Subsequent amendments, if any, will be transmitted solely via the NECO website. Prospective offeror ™s are responsible for checking the NECO website early and periodically for any solicitation amendments. Prospective offeror ™s should not expect notification that an amendment has been issued. The NECO website is occasionally inaccessible due to maintenance. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror ™s inability to access the document posted on the referenced website.
