- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Eighteen (18) brown scraper mats with rubber edging/backing, to be placed at entrances of building hallways and four (4) rooms in Building 772, Schofield Barracks, HI 96857. Pick up and replacement of soiled mats every other week, to be billed monthly. QUOTES MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY VIA THE ARMY SINGLE FACE TO INDUSTRY (ASFI) WEBSITE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
