- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Jennifer Weaver, Contracting Officer, email: Jennifer.weaver@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX1T6047AX, NOUN: Housing, Antifriction, NSN: 2835-01-508-8815, P/N: 2-101-810-04; CH-47; Quantity: 10 Min Qty/30 Max Qty on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Basic + 2-100% Options type contract applicable to CH-47 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 10 each, 175 DACA and 10 each per year thereafter until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to: Honeywell International, Inc., 111 S. 34th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034 (CAGE Code: 0B7T5) because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
