- The US Army Soldier Systems Center, Army Contracting Command, Natick, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with American Starlinger-Sahm, Inc., of Greenville, SC, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, sub-paragraph (ii) Supplies may be deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of a follow-on contract for continued development or production (etc.), the purchase of the Collin Counter Rotating Die Extruder, previously leased and being used by the US Army Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA.
