- EXCITER, IGNITION This synopsis is for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price. DESTINATION inspection required. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Approved sources: Unison Industries CAGE 59501 P/N 10-390950-2 and General Electric CAGE 99207 P/N 5040T94P10. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, other than full and open competition. NSN: 2925-01-461-4347 QTY 264 ea. Delivery: 150 DARO FOB Destination. This is a configuration control and source control item. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described above are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 08/09/11 with a closing date of 08/24/11. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System ( https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil ) on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
