- The purpose of this amendment is to reopen the solicitation and add additional hardware requirements; see amended requirements, CLINs 0026 0030. Vendors already providing quotes should submit revised pricing or state the previous submission is still valid. Quotes SHALL show unit pricing for each item; lump sum pricing for the entire requirement is NOT acceptable. Vendors are reminded: This requirement is Open Market. Quotes against GSA, ITES or other pre-existing contractual vehicles are NOT acceptable. The vendor shall quote ALL items to be eligible for award. TO ENSURE CORRECT CONFIGURATION AND AUTHORIZED RESELLER STATUS, SUBMISSIONS SHALL INCLUDE COPIES OF THE QUOTES PROVIDED BY DELL; QUOTES SHALL SHOW QUOTE NUMBER, DELL POC AND CONTACT INFORMATION; PRICING SHALL BE REDACTED. THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST WILL ONLY USE THIS INFORMATION TO VERIFY CORRECT CONFIGURATION AND RESELLER STATUS WITH DELL. Offerors should provide Remit To address, if applicable, their DUNS and Tax Identification number (TIN); they SHALL also include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Alternate I, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (April and May 2011) and 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (Jun 2005) with its offer; The vendor may cite ORCA information in lieu of 52.212-3 Alternate I (preferable). Large business shall submit the appropriate subcontracting plan as required by FAR 52.219-9 Alt II. Revised submissions are due 9:00 A.M, Eastern, 7/22/11, and shall be valid for 60 days. All other information within the RFQ below remains the same.
