- Solicitation Document REQUIREMENT: Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Program Executive Office for Command and Control Capabilities (PEO C2C) Joint Planning and Execution Services (JPES) Program Management Office (PMO) requires Website/portal Administration, Scheduling, Administrative & Conference Facilitation Services. BACKGROUND: This effort is in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Program Executive Office for Command & Control Capabilities (PEO-C2C) which provides lifecycle management for programs, projects and initiatives that support the planning and execution of joint military and coalition operations. The Joint Planning and Execution Services (JPES) Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for providing net-centric services and capabilities that support the development and sustainment of Contingency and Crisis Action Plans in a collaborative environment which enables a rapid transition from planning to execution. JPES is a collection of capabilities supporting joint policies, processes, procedures, and reporting structures, that are supported by communications and information technology used by the Joint Planning and Execution Community (JPEC). JPEC uses these capabilities to monitor, plan, execute mobilization, deployment, employment, and sustainment, redeployment, and demobilization activities associated with joint operations. Functions and Contributions of the JPES PMO: • Provide the joint commander with the premier planning and execution capability that is secure, interoperable, and responsive to current and future warfighter requirements. • Design, develop, integrate, test, document, and maintain JPES' software in support of joint warfighter requirements. • Manage the JPES' cost, schedule, and performance baseline. The DISA PEO-C2C staff consists of one Director, one Senior Officer and a number of Senior-level personnel whose responsibilities span a wide variety of programs, projects, and initiatives providing support to the highest levels of the DoD. The objective of this PWS is to obtain supporting services to include Webmaster, Presentation/Publication Support, Executive Administrative Assistant, and a Program Manager. SCOPE: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel to provide presentation/publication support, executive-level administrative support, website administrative support, and contractor program management support. Please see the attached solicitation for the full scope of the work to be performed and all terms and conditions related to the solicitation. The Government intends to award Firm Fixed Price contract. The term of the resulting contract will be a five year period (base period plus four options years). NAICS CODE: 541611, STANDARD SIZE: $7M. This acquisition is set aside for 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Offerors are requested to submit their questions no later than 1 Aug 2011 by 11:00 a.m. EST.
