- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract. The Department of the Air Force, USAF AFMC ESC/HIJK Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to the Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-8300, for consulting services in support of the Microsoft products acquired and utilized under the Air Force Microsoft Enterprise Licensing Agreement by the United States Air Force. This contract action is for services for which the Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Please submit all questions related to this notice, in writing, via email, to annette.hudson@gunter.af.mil by 4:00 (CST) 22 Jul 2011.
