ANSWER: In order to maintain uniformity and duplication, the government requires the trailers to be painted White QUESTION 2. Would the govt consider an upper coupler height within the range of 47-50"? ANSWER: Government will consider upper coupler heights within the range of 47"-50" QUESTION 3: Would the govt consider a kind pin location within the range of 28-34" from the nose? ANSWER: Government will consider king pin locations within the range of 28 to 34" THE DUE DATE FOR QUOTES HAS NOT BEEN AMENDED AND REMAINS JULY 27, 2011, 1 PM EST ALL OTHER SPECIFICATIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
