- SUBJECT: Presolicitation Notice, W81XWH-11-T-0480 NAICS: 541711 - Research and Development in Biotechnology The Government has a need for electron microscopy analysis of Rift Valley Fever Virus (RVFV) infected tissue. The contractor must image, examine, and analyze 272 tissue specimens. A report of findings and representative images will be delivered to Fort Detrick, MD 21702 upon completion of the analysis. Solicitation Number W81XWH-11-T-0480 will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about 21 July 2011. The solicitation document will describe the method and deadline for submitting responses.
