- SP7r2 Statement Of Objectives SP7 Statement Of Objectives GPD Performance Work Statement FA8101-11-R-0006 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: The Air Force intends to make an award on a sole-source basis for the following service: Global Procedures Designer engineering and software support services for Service Pack (SP) 7 and SP7r2 at Tinker Air Force Base. The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, and other incidentals and services necessary to perform the Global Procedures Designer function as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Statement Of Objectives (SOO). A single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Award is contemplated. The estimated award date is 5 Aug 2011. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. Electronic procedures shall be used for this solicitation
