- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, SubPart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number N6858211RQDL020 is issued as a request for quotation. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339114. The U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa, Japan intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following item. Brand name or equal (FAR 52.211-6): Product Detail: Mini LED Curing Light. Voltage: 240V, Hertz 50/60Hz, Battery: Lithium-Ion Provides curing of composites with dental procedures. Integrated with A-DEC Dental chairs. Manufacture Part Number: 54.0291.00 Quantity: 80 each Items should be shipped 30 Days ARO, FOB: Destination Tracy CA is required.Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS.
