Attachment 4 Drawing Work Item Description This specification requires the fabrication and installation of a break water structure and installation of under deck stiffening and twistlock fittings to support installation of one (1) 8'x 16' Staff Module conex box and one (1) 8'X10' Gimbal Foundation to support SPAWAR Pacific Sail Project.
