- The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC code 2232 has arequirement for STRIKE KIT WITH EXPANDED CELL PHONE CAPABILITY ANNUAL SUPPORT AND UPDATES PACKAGE manufactured by IDEAL TECHNOLOGY CORPORATIONS. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541511, CUSTOM COMPUTER PROGRAMMING SERVICES. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed rice contract on a IDEAL TECHNOLOGY CORPORATON product listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. IDEAL TECHNOLOGY CORPORATON IS LOCATED AT 12633 CHALLENGER PRKWAY STE 270, ORLANDO, FL 32826-2928. IDEAL TECHNOLOGY CORPORATON is the sole manufacturer and hold proprietary rights. Award is anticipated by COB 21 JULY 2011. Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION shipped to Receiving Officer, US NAVY, SPAWAR ATLANTIC, 1008 TRIDENT STREET HANAHAN, SC 29410. The contract line item number (CLIN) and description for this procurement are:***CLIN 0001, *QTY 50 EACH STRIKE KIT WITH EXPANDED CELL PHONE CAPABILITY ANNUAL SUPPORT AND UPDATES PACKAGE **This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name IDEAL TECHNOLOGY CORPORATIONS equipment listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.
