- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the renewal of Vontu Software services for the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) at Fort Belvoir, VA. This is a Brand Name Only requirement in accordance with FAR 11.104 and supporting documentation is attached. The Government intends to issue a single contract award from the responses received. Offerors shall submit all quotes in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation number W911W4-11-T-0198.
