- Business Mgt Questionaire Solicition This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RC0006-11 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The North American Industry Classification System code is 511210. This requirement is 100% set aside for a Small Business. Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one (1) year fixed price requirements type contract.
