The Department of Veterans ™ Affairs, James A. Haley Veterans ™ Hospital (JAHVH), 13000 Bruce B. JAHVH intends to make an award to Teton Data Systems (makers of STAT!Ref), 125 S. King Street, Jackson, WY 83001. NAICS 519130 and a small,veteran owned business. No solicitation document is available. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within nine (2) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Teton Data Systems is the manufacturer of the STAT!Ref Online Medical References. The online system provides full text, cross searchable access to over 300 medical, pharmacy, nursing and other healthcare resources. The proprietary search and retrieval software and graphical user interface provide users with an intuitive and quick way to access medical information.
