- PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, AND LABOR TO REPLACE EXISTING SLUICE GATE AND GATE OPERATOR LOCATED ON THE UPSTREAM FACE OF A CONCRETE CONTROL WEIR AT HANCOCK BROOK DAM. WORK INCLUDES DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF DEWATERING FACILITIES TO ALLOW GATE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT IN THE DRY -The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $150,000. This solicitation will be available on or about 02 August 2011 and will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and 'register now' under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $33,500,000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
