The United States Customs & Border Protection (CBP) has a requirement for Relocation Management Services (RMS) for its employees located in continental US and all over the world. U. S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is looking for a RMS contractor to ensure all travel procedures and policies are applied appropriately to employee relocations. The purpose of RMS is to reduce CBP's overall relocation costs, to assist employees who are transferred, and to facilitate the retention of a well-qualified professional workforce. The contractor shall assist with the procurement of the moving and storage services as these relocations can occur anywhere within the U.S. and can extend beyond our borders into other countries. CBP anticipates awarding one (1) firm fixed price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will be an IDIQ contract for a five year period, FY 11 thru FY 16 (Base Year and Four One Year Options to Renew). This Pre-solicitation notice for this RFP HSBP1011R0025 was initially released under solicitation number HSBP1011R0017. A pre-proposal conference on July 25, 2011 at 1331 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W. Washington, DC 20229. Please submit all questions by COB July 21 to eva.shaw-taylor@dhs.gov. Questions will be answered at the conference. Attendance will be restricted to no more than three (3) attendees per vendor. Any questions must be emailed to the Contracting Specialist at eva.shaw-taylor@dhs.gov. No telephone calls will be accepted.
