- FA5685-11-Q-0057 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation only; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation (Request for Quotation) reference number is FA5685-11-Q-0057. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38. This procurement is NOT a set-aside. However, this acquisition is set-aside for Turkish business concerns. Due to established economic agreements between the United States Government and the Government of Turkey, the U.S. Air force intends to award this solicitation to a business concern within the country of Turkey. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 561730- Landscaping Services. Offerors are required to forward proposal and technical documentation by 3:00PM Local Time, 5 Aug 2011. DESCRIPTION: Ground Maintenance for Incirlik. Please refer to the attached RFQ No FA5685-11-Q-0057. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES: The following FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses apply: 252.203-7000, 252.232-7003, 252.225-1010 52.203-15, 52.204-7, 52.204-11, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, 52.212-5, 52.204-7, 52.204-6 http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
