- Description
- This is a notice of intent that the government anticipates issuing a one-year contract for the repair of Digital Tune Oscillator, on the ALQ-131 system NSN: 5955-01-466-6451EW. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Other Than Full and Open Competition as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1. This acquisition is restricted to General Microwave Corporation DBA: Herley New York, Cage 11332. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge is not available to permit acquisition from other sources. This contract will be for a fixed quantity of 66 each. Basic: NSN: 5955-01-466-6451EW; Part #: 9815241-101; 66 Each Period of Performance: 12 months Ship To/Destination Info: SW3119 (Robins AFB, GA) Delivery Schedule: 60 days ARO/ARA, whichever is later at a rate of 10 each per month Estimated Solicitation Release Date: 3 Aug 2011 Estimated Response Date: 3 Sept 2011 Approximate Award Date: 30 Sept 2011 Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
