- Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), 9120 Jackson Loop, Suite 101 Ft Belvoir, Virginia 22060 has a Post wide Asphalt Requirements. Invitation for Bid (IFB) W91QV1-11-B-0016 was posted on ASFI https://acquisition.army.mil on 15 July 2011 with a due date of 15 August 2011 @ 10:30 A.M. Project Scope: The contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, transportation, professional services for asphalt work to include but not limited to alteration, repairs of road paving, curb and gutter, paving of parking lots, sidewalk, running tracks, removal/application of asphalt. The work also includes miscellaneous asphalt repairs and incidental related work in accordance with specifications. Work performed by the contractor shall result in a complete functional and suitable system. IFB Issue Date: 15 July 2011 IDB due Date/Bid Opening: 15 August 2011 @ 10:30 a.m. Set Aside. This acquisition is 100% 8(a) Small Business Set aside NAICS: 237310 Pre-bid conference/Site Visit: 20 July 2011 @ 10:30 a.m. Location: 9410 Jackson Loop, Bldg 1425 fort Belvoir, VA 22060 Funding Requirement: Each Delivery Order issued against the resultant contract will be separately funded (no funding is required for the award of the Requirement Contract) Project Magnitude: Between $1M and $5M Period of Performance: Base plus Two Option Years The Solicitation Notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading at Army single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://acquisition.army.mil at no charge. No paper copies will be issued. Upon posting of the Solicitation, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this requirement.
