- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Arizona Safford Field Office seeks custodial service in the Gila Box Recreation Area The full details are in the Scope Of Work (SOW).All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR, www.ccr.gov) and must have a current ORCA application (https://orca.bpn.gov). This procurement is a 100% set aside for small business. A large business may submit a quote if desired but must do so with the understanding of the small business set aside.
