- RFI due 09 August 2011 Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic, Code 6.3.2.0, is seeking information on commercially-available Hospital Dashboard (HD) and Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) Integrated Performance Portal (MIPP) technology. Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) requires MTF level dashboards that identify and consolidate performance data that aligns current operational priorities, which are currently measured in various databases with longer term strategic objectives; providing efficient quality care (improved clinical outcomes, patient safety, and patient satisfaction) and aligning with the components of the Quadruple Aim. The dashboards, located on a web-based tool, need to have the ability to drill down into more detailed data to analyze the underlying causes of performance trends along multiple dimensions and drill up to summarize data at the flight, squadron and MTF levels. Customizable dashboard widgets are required for organizing data and visualization. The tool shall efficiently address compliance and requirements of the comparative data analysis peer review per AFI 44-119, performance evaluation in the privileging process, and the Family Health Initiative. Submittals The information received shall be reviewed to conduct objective, comparative assessments and validation of commercial equipment and systems. This RFI is for information gathering and planning purposes only, and should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or solicitation of an offer. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or otherwise pay for the information solicited. All information received will be treated as public knowledge; therefore, vendors should not submit proprietary information in response to this RFI. Specific information sought includes: 1. Company information, including name, address, URL, revenue, and number of employees. 2. Whether the company is a manufacturer or distributor. 3. A point of contact for follow-up information, and the point of contacts phone number and e-mail address. 4. A brief description (75 words or less) of capabilities and existing or related products. 5.
