- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS) intends to procure transportation of four (4) FEMA Trailers from Cumberland, MD to 3 destinations in Texas. We anticipate awarding a one-time firm fixed price purchase order. This will be a best value procurement. It is anticipated that the formal solicitation, Request for Quote (RFQ) AG-6395-S-11-0092, will be released on or about July 19, 2011 and posted on this FEDBIZOPPS website. Please download the RFQ from this website. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. NAICS code is 484230. Size standard is $25.5 million, or less. A hard (printed) copy of the solicitation will not otherwise be available.
