- Contractor to coordinate integrated annual workshops This special notice is a notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the company/organization, Delta Stewardship Council. The proposed sole source contract is for the contractor to provide services to coordinate integrated annual workshops and other independent reviews as per the services contained in the Performance Work Statement. The proposed contract action is for services, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) Part 13. Interested and responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, proposals received within 15 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. This is a simplified acquisition procedures procurement action with an anticipated value or award amount of less than $150,000.00.
