- Q1. Does the vertical tape stripe overlap the horizontal reflective tape? A1. The black tape can overlap the reflective tape. Q2. If it does, is it mandatory to overlap? A2. It is not mandatory that it overlap the reflective tape. Q3. The specification is for gloss black stripe (3M Brand 7125-12 or equal) other users of Seibert stakes require flat or matte to provide greater contrast from the reflective tape, could you check this requirement? A3. Use the black tape specified.
