- PSC PSC for a Democracy and Governance Advisor-Technology and Democracy Specialist to be a member of the Democracy and Governance (DC) team in the Office of Technical Support (TS). The office provides shared services to both USAID's Asia and Middle East (ME) Bureaus. As part of the DG Team, s/he serves as an Agency expert and coordinator in providing intellectual leadership and technical support in the areas of Democracy and Governance (DG), with a key focus on parts of Southwest Asia.
