- Description
- Marlet survey description and instructions. The Military Sealift Command, Headquarters (MSCHQ), Director of Special Missions Program (PM2) and Navy Fleet Auxiliary Force (PM1), herein "PO1", seeks Contractor services to implement the inculcation of Project Management. Contractors shall provide organizational alignment and documentation support to include identifying and documenting the goals, objectives, and activities of the strategic elements of the organization as well as the values, practices, and behaviors of the cultural elements. Further, the Contractor will assist in the identification and documentation of the following: employee roles and responsibilities; PO1 policies and processes; internal and external stakeholders; and interfaces and interconnectivity across stakeholders. The Contractor will facilitate an offsite meeting for PO1 employees to discuss these issues and to conduct team building training and exercises.
