- SYNOPSIS: This proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Set-Aside, NAICS 237990 size standard of $20.0 Million. Estimated cost of services is between $500,000 - $1,000,000. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary for all work at the Maintenance dredging of West Ocean City Harbor at Ocean City, Maryland. The work proposed at this time consists of performing maintenance dredging of the West Ocean City Harbor, and authorized Federal Navigation Project in Worcester County, Maryland. The material approximately 20,606 cubic yards will be removed by mechanical dredge, offloaded at project site, and transported to an upland placement site. The period of performance for this project is 75 calendar days with a projected notice to proceed of 12 Sep 2011. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the request for quotations bid package. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Christopher.tanks@usace.army.mil. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper.
