- The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 22 Network Contract Activity (NCA) has a requirement from the VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) for the following medical laboratory testing and analysis services. These services were previously solicited under VA-262-11-RQ-0373. DRVV Test D-dimer Quant MTD Probe Methotrexate Test Chromosome Karyotyping FISH Studies HLA A29 Cocci Comp Fix Jak2 Mutation These testing services must be performed by a reference laboratory within very close proximity to the VASDHS to allow for 24-hour emergency pickup of specimens and delivery of results. The VA NCA intends to solicit quotations on a competitive basis for a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery contract for one year. No set-asides apply to this procurement. The solicitation is expected to be posted July 26, 2011, and proposals will be due September 7, 2011.
