- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Ft. Stewart, Georgia anticipates issuing a solicitation for a requirement to construct an outdoor recreational facility at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, GA. The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and performing all operations required in connection with 'Construct Outdoor Recreational Facility ' Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. The requirement is set aside for HUB-ZONE businesses, under the NAICS coded 263220, with a size standard of $33.5 Million. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. A firm- fixed price contract is anticipated under solicitation number W9124M-11-B-0007 and will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face Industry website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All bidders must be registered wit the Central Contractors Registry (CCR). Bidders must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications (ORCA) online at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting a bid. No paper copes of the solicitation will be mailed. The anticipated posting of the Invitation of Bid (IFB) will be on or about 2 August 2011.
