This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 335999 and the Size Standard is 500 employees. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) is attached. Quotes may be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) and Online Certifications and Representations Application (ORCA) in order to be considered for award.
