- Description
- The work consists of removing juniper from the riparian zones and/or Mahogany stands in the Five Creeks Project Area. This will be done by cutting, limbing, bucking, and hand piling all junipers within the designated units (including juniper boles less than 12 inches) with the exception of 'leave trees' to be described in the Statement of Work. Work also consists of covering juniper piles. The project is located approximately 50 air miles southeast of Burns, Oregon. No Bonds are required. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project will be 115310, Support Activities for Forestry. The estimated start work date is August 15, 2011. This solicitation will be posted electronically at WWW.FEDCONNECT.NET. Paper copies are no longer available. The estimated issue date of the full solicitation is July 22, 2011. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns.
