- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Project Title: Y--- Install New Power Panels-Bldg 1671-----Fort Detrick, MD Solicitation # W81XWH-11-R-0349 Notice Type: Pre-solicitation Posted Date: 7/19/2011 Classification Code: Y-Construction of Structures and Facilities NAICS CODE: 238210 THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. IT IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. USAMRAA is seeking eligible small business firms capable of performing electrical and wiring installation for the Install New Power Panels - Bldg. 1671. at Fort Detrick, MD. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The appropriate NAICS code for this 238210. The basis for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. When the actual solicitation is issued, plans and specs will be available for download from either the www.fbo.gov or https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ Website. Solicitation # W81XWH-11-R-0349 will be issued on or about 4 August 2011 and proposals will be due on 5 September 2011 @ 4:30 PM EST. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view, download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments from either the www.fbo.gov or https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ Website. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov. This procurement is Small Business Set-aside 100%. Required work summary: Selected contractor shall perform the electrical work based on these Statement of Work, contract terms and conditons, plans, drawings and specifications as follow: Furnish all labor, equipment and supplies to install all electrical work as shown on drawing F-93-1-9999 for Bldg. 1671 at Fort Detrick, MD. These drawings will be provided when the actual solicitation is issued.
