- Description
- The contractor will design a complete audio/visual suite, with optional video teleconferencing (VTC) capability in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor will: i. Install the video system ii. Install the audio system iii. Install the presentation control system iv. Provide cabinetry v. Prepare and provide a test plan and system testing vi. Provide an extended warranty of three years on equipment components and installation performed vii. Provide training on the operation and capabilities of the conference room system viii. Install an optional video teleconferencing system The contractor will be required to provide all warranty information, user manuals, as-built schematics, wiring diagrams, and components list. The solicitation will be posted on or about 09 August 2011.
