- DESCRIPTION: This notice is not a solicitation. This project is 100% set aside for small businesses in accordance with FAR 6.206. Size status of the successful contractor may be confirmed with the Small Business Administration prior to award. Contractor is to provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials and supervision to construct a two-story expansion (approximately 16,400 sf) of the outpatient ambulatory care clinic; demolition of an existing building and construction of a new parking lot. Work will include, but not be limited to, site preparation, excavation, utility relocation, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, security systems, concrete and asphalt work, plumbing, structural requirements, finishes such as painting and flooring, roofing, etc. as detailed in the scope of work Successful contractor will be responsible for all coordination, phasing and scheduling of the work required to complete contract performance. Coordination efforts may include other contractors performing work on-site as well as coordination of work with appropriate government personnel. All viable contractors submitting a responsive proposal by the time indicated in the solicitation will be considered.
