- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) STX Antenna Parts (Qty “ 1 lot). This requirement is sole sourced to Tri-Tech Precision, Inc., 5290 E. Hunter Ave, Anaheim, CA 92807-6003. Direct replacement is required. Tri-Tech Precision, Inc. is the sole proprietor of the required CNC programs, complicated set-up and fixture tooling to reproduce these parts and has passed first article acceptance testing. Any firms believing that they can provide the STX Antenna Parts may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
