- The WR-ALC/PK Contracting Squadron, Robins AFB, GA intends to issue a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to Repair/Repave Parking Lot, Vehicle Parking, Near Building 645 at Robins AFB, GA. This acquisition will be a HUB Zone set-aside in accordance with FAR 19 procedures. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238990. This project consists of, but is not limited to all design and construction to repair the existing parking lot. Install curbing to prevent storm water from crossing the parking lot and install drop inlets to collect the storm water. Install drop inlets and slope the pavement to collect storm water within the parking lot. Increase the size of the drainage ditch/open channel on the north side of the parking lot. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This range does not necessarily reflect the proximity of the actual cost estimate. Any questions in regards to this notice must be submitted in writing or via email to the Primary POC. *This solicitiation package for this requirement will be posted on or around July 26, 2011.
