This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ)] to acquire precisionchemical cleaning services and hydostat pressure tests for the Marshall Space FlightCenter Thrust Vector Control Lab room, per the attached Statement of Work.This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 541380. Theofferor shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. However, any award from this RFQ will require the potential vendor to be certified withinthe Online Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations andCertifications Application (ORCA) Databases prior to award.Offers for the service(s) described per the attached Statement of Work are due by July29,2011 by 4 P.M CST to Betsy Anderson/ARCS at elizabeth.s.anderson@nasa.gov or faxed to256-544-6560 and must include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center,proposed service schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable),taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, andbe signed by an authorized company representative. Offerors shall provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1 (JUNE 2008), Instructionsto Offerors-Commercial Items, which is incorporated by reference. If the end product(s) offered is other than domestic end product(s) as defined in theclause entitled 'Buy American Act -- Supplies,' the offeror shall so state and shall listthe country of origin.FAR 52.212-4 (JUNE 2010), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable.
