- Description
- This solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for multiple competitive NIINs for Federal Supply Class (FSC) 3120. The solicitation contains a target population of 989 NIINs with a possible 4081 NIINs as an add-on population. This solicitation is a 100% competitive 8a set-aside. There will be a one-year base period of performance with four one-year option periods, for a total period of performance of five years. Ordering minimum and maximum quantities are available in the attachment. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be cited in the attachment to the solicitation. FOB is Destination. All NIINs must be priced for an offer to be considered. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of each NIIN. Solicitation scheduled release date is August 3, 2011. An Excel spreadsheet for pricing will be provided with the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage ( https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil ). Select "Request for Proposal (RFP)" under the Solicitations heading. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
