- The Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, & Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Orlando, FL. has a requirement for the design, delivery and assembly of a custom built one 6-door wood credenza/scribe desk and matching 22 foot long boat-shaped wood conference table. The specifications are as follows: Credenza: 1)Cherry wood for all exposed surfaces (color to be determined) semi- gloss Finish 2)Length - 142 inches 3)Depth - 30 inches 4)Height - 31 inches Conference Table: 1)Cherry wood on all exposed surfaces (color to be determined) semi-gloss finish (same color and finish as the scribe table) 2)Length - 22 feet 3)Width - 4 feet at ends 7 feet at middle 4)Height - standard conference table height 5)End connection box - 24 inches from edge of table 6)Middle connection box - aligned with table center The installation and completion of the project shall be completed no later then six (6) weeks after contract award. The contract will be firm-fixed price awarded on an ALL or NONE basis. The Government anticipates awarding the effort no later than 01 August 2011. This procurement is classified as a commercial service and is in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This award is set-aside 100% for small business (NAICS Code - 337211 Sample Size 500 employees). Interested sources shall provide written notice including their business name, duns number, and email address to the acquisition office listed above within 3 calendar days from the date of this special notice. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for quote. The Government intends to issue a solicitation directly to vendors on or around 25 July 2011.
