- Army Contracting Command - Warren anticipates issuing a delivery order to Oshkosh Corporation on Contract W56HZV-09-D-0111 for the procurement of 13,875 Engineering Hours and all associated material, other direct costs and travel. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
