- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC, intends to issuea Sole Source award to Harris Corporation by the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(C)and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is purchase of 16specifically designed UHF upgrade kits, and 300 UHF name plates. This actionwill be conducted IAW FAR 12 and FAR 13. The NAICS Code for thisrequirement is 334220. This synopsis is published for informational purposesonly and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning thisrequirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. Adetermination by the Government not to compete this proposed action basedon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
