- The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, Medium Endurance Cutter Product Line, is seeking qualified sources for the manufacturing, preservation, packaging, marking, and bar coding of the following items: NSN 5306 01-225-2920 Blade Bolt OEM Part Number: A066SM02061 Quantity: 88 each Description: Blade bolts for controllable pitch propeller; Thread: Right Hand; Material: Copper Alloy; End Use: 210' B WMEC Class The Coast Guard does not possess the technical specifications, salient characteristics, or other manufacturing data necessary to solicit or evaluate alternate part numbers for proper form, fit, and function. This information was not purchased at the time of the original acquisition and is proprietary to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Rolls-Royce Naval Marine. It is the Government's belief that only Rolls-Royce Naval Marine (and any authorized distributors) has the capability to provide genuine OEM parts. However, other potential sources can submit information concerning their capabilities. This information may include, but is not limited to, data that the blade bolts have been satisfactorily provided to the OEM or the Government in the past. This notice is not a request for quotations, and the Government does not intend to pay for any information that is submitted in response to this synopsis. The above information must be received no later than five (5) calendar days from the date this notice is published. Information received after this period shall not be considered.
