- This pre-solicitation notice is for Car Safety Hammer with the Units Insignia attached/printed onto it and delivered to various locations in CONUS. The award will be a fixed price contract with a delivery date of NLT 15 Sept 2011. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 323113 size standard of 500. Prospective Contractors must be a Small Business, as verified on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or about 30 December 2009 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
