- Amendment W91ZLK-11-T-0236 0001 is issued to provide answers to questions. Amendment 0001 also uploads an attachment, which provides a listing of items for testing. The closing date of the solicitation has been changed to August 1, 2011 @ 2:00 PM EDT. Please SUBMIT YOUR QUOTATIONS to Ms. Sowa at the ACC-APG Aberdeen, Installation Contracting Division, 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013. Quotations may be submitted via email to: susan.l.sowa.civ@mail.mil or Fax 410-306-3726. Quotations must be received by the closing date. For questions concerning this Request for Quotations, contact Susan Sowa Contracting Specialist @ email susan.l.sowa.civ@mail.mil. Additional questions must be received no later than July 20, 2011 @ 2:00 PM EDT. Question 1: Please advise if I can obtain the actual testing procedures for the actual alternators that will be tested for this requirement, as a minimum we would require the information on the smallest and the largest unit being tested so that we can offer the best suited Test Stand for the application. Answer 1: Reference the attachment of this Amendment 0001. This attachment provides a list of alternators/generators that may be tested on the Alternator Test Stand. No specific test procedures are available; general test procedures will be derived from MIL-STD-704F, MIL-STD-1275D, and Test Method 608.1b/608.2a from MIL-STD-705C.
