- This is a sole source announcement. Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic(SPAWAR Atlantic) intends to award a firm fixed price sole source award toHarris Corporation, for the procurement of 42 each F3 KDU Adapter Mount,P/N: RF-5940-MT002; 42 each 500-2500Mhz, MB, Green, Vehicular Antenna,P/N: RF-3186-AT320; and 98 each Diplexer Kit with restraint, P/N: 11138-1400-02, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C) and in accordance with FAR6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services willsatisfy agency requirements. Harris Corporation is the sole sourcemanufacturer of the required items. This action will be conducted IAW FAR Part13. NAICS is 334220. CCR registration is required for all vendors doingbusiness with the Department of Defense. This synopsis is posted forinformational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Noelectronic or hard copy Request For Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or madeavailable for distribution. Quotes are due to the Contract Specialist, MelodyProffit at melody.proffit@navy.mil by 15:30 Eastern Standard Time, 20 July2011. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed actionbased on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of theGovernment. The Government will not pay for any information received.
