- Adams & Associates is soliciting cost proposals from qualified professional services providers to provide subcontracted medical services to Job Corps Students (16-24 yrs old) at the Gadsden Job Corps Center. Adams & Associates Inc. subcontract for these services will be awarded for the base term period covering October 1, 2011 and September 30, 2012 with three (1 Year) pre-quoted option years.
